3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise

• Prices include VAT where applicable

• Payment must be completed before orders are dispatched

• We accept payment via approved online payment providers

4. Order Acceptance

• Orders are subject to availability

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

• If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded in full

5. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control

6. Returns & Refunds

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Conditions for Returns
